Jan-23 All Programs cancelled due to cold weather.
COVID-19 UPDATES
We recognize that we face some challenges ahead as we look to hopefully continue having the kids in the fields. There is a lot of unknown right now when it comes to the outlook for kids sports activities the rest of the year, but we are ready to adapt to any safety precautions as we have been doing this Fall and Winter. As of now we are allowed to go ahead with our Spring programs.
Will we still have Spring Programs?
Yes! We are offering several different Spring Programs that follow the guidelines and policies issued by the US Centers for disease control and prevention as well as the NY department of Health. We will continue to keep monitoring any updates and will post any new information on the website as well as letting people know by email. Sign up today at Spring Programs.
Will the programs be any different this Spring?
Yes, as of now, we are only allowing a maximum of 12 players per coach. Coaches and players will be wearing a mask at all times. This is subjected to change depending on the NY department of Health. Social distancing is encouraged but can not be guaranteed. All activities will be outdoors.
What is the weather policy?
Our session cancellation policy will be as follows: Given these sessions are taking place in December please have your child dressed for the conditions (hats, gloves etc.). Sessions will be cancelled if the feel like temperature is below 32 degrees and/or there is heavy rain.
What is the refund policy?
Due to coaches and fields fixed costs we are not going to be able to offer refunds for any cancelled sessions, however if more than 50% of sessions get cancelled we will make sure money is refunded. Full refunds (minus 4%) will be given for registration cancellations before January 16th.
