What is the Refund Policy?

Full credit will be given for registration cancellations before a week prior to the start of the sessions. After that, due to the fixed cost of coaches and fields, we are not able to offer refunds for any cancelled sessions.

1. Is there a certain skill level my child needs to be at to participate?

No. FosterSoccer offers programs that are appropriate to any kind of soccer player level. We want every player to feel comfortable while learning the game and having fun.

2. How old does my child have to be to participate?

We offer programs starting from 4 year olds to high school.

3. How long are the programs and classes?

Our programs consist of 7 sessions, 1 session/week. Our pre-k sessions are of 45mins and, kindergarten and up are of 1 hour.

4. What does my child need to wear or bring to practice?

For our pre-k and kindergarten groups we suggest comfortable clothes and shoes, and water. For 1st grade and up we suggest comfortable clothes and shoes (preferably cleats), shin-guards, a soccer ball, and water.

7. I registered but didn’t receive an email confirming. How can I get one?

Please check your “junk” email box as at times the confirmation and receipt may end up there. If you still can’t find it please reach out to Gisela at giselabarreiro@fostersoccer.com.

7. What are you Covid-19 policies?

We are following the guidelines and policies issued by the US Centers for disease control and prevention as well as the NY department of Health. Learn more here.

8. Do you offer refunds or credits?
