
Speed, Agility and Condition for High School + Middle School + School Tryout Preparation
This comprehensive program will provide content in Injury Prevention, Agility, Acceleration, Max Velocity, Change of Direction mechanics, Deceleration, Coordination, and Conditioning & Stamina. This program will assist athletes with the tools to be ready for the Fall Season 2024 by providing fitness assessment pre and post, daily feedback on sprinting and change of direction techniques, weekly sprint testing and biweekly email and report to parents, and progress provided on social media. Our goal is to improve speed (acceleration and max velocity); Improve coordination: Improve change of direction; Improve agility; Improve conditioning and stamina (ability to be fit for playing time); And improve confidence.

This program is Director by Nikol Gonzalez from NG Performance, who has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology, Strength and Conditioning; Interned at the University of West Alabama; Strength and Conditioning Coach at T3 Performance; Fitness Coach at UFC Gym Long Island; Strength and Conditioning Coach at Sportime John McEnroe Tennis Academy and currently Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at LMFC.
